I tried it out, but it wasn’t really helpful for me. It kinda missed what I needed.

Delivery was really quick, and there was no messing about. Everything turned up without any hassle, so I was happy with the experience

I feel like it was worth what I paid. I keep wondering if I’m just being too easy to please, but for the price, I don’t really have any complaints.

I found the flooring I wanted, but the pricing wasn’t very clear until I was already further into the process. Extra costs started popping up later, which was frustrating. Maybe I missed the details somewhere, but the full price should really be easier to see upfront. Just a save-your-time warning: make sure you ask about all the costs before getting too far in. Not the best experience for me.

I found the flooring I wanted in maybe 5 or 10 minutes, and the pages loaded without any issues. Checkout only took a couple minutes too. Straightforward overall, which I really appreciated

The flooring showed up on time, which was great, and most of the order was spot on. One pack was the wrong shade though, so that was a bit frustrating. I emailed them and they did get it sorted, but yeah, it slowed the whole thing down a little.

We put this flooring in our hallway and it actually looks nicer than I thought it would. The colour is pretty much spot on and it makes the space feel a bit cleaner and brighter. No complaints so far.

They had way more flooring options than I expected, to be honest. I went in looking for laminate and somehow ended up comparing vinyl and engineered wood too, because there was just so much to look through. The range is definitely solid and the prices seemed fair enough, but the filters could really do with being better, it took longer than it needed to. I’d still use them again, but yeah, choosing was a bit more annoying than it should’ve been.

When we were fitting it, I had another question about the first row and they got back to me quickly. It made the whole job feel much less stressful. I’d really use them again

I ordered some flooring, and the boxes showed up looking like they’d had a really rough trip, sorta like they’d been dragged around the depot. A few corners were split open, and some of the boards had chipped edges.

There wasn’t much protection inside either, just thin cardboard that was already torn in places. For something that can get damaged so easily, it felt a bit careless.

I needed to get the job done, so I used what I could, but I’m definitely not happy with how it arrived. I’d probably think twice before ordering again

I ordered flooring from floorwarehouse.co.uk and, to be fair, the flooring itself was absolutely fine. The problem was the delivery. It was supposed to arrive on a specific day, then got pushed back with barely any notice, which meant I had to rearrange work and mess the fitter around too. When I contacted customer service, they did reply, but I felt a bit passed around and no one really sorted the inconvenience. If you’ve got a tight schedule, I’d definitely think twice.

Popped into the showroom to check out laminate and vinyl. Decent choice on display. Nice to see the colours properly instead of guessing from photos online.

I tried placing an order i was already losing patience a few minutes in. The checkout process felt clunky, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to go back and fix stuff that should’ve been obvious the first time. Not exactly the best first impression.

I waited a few days for an update, and then for some reason the item ended up being out of stock. Frustrating since I was expecting it to be available

The flooring itself turned out fine and looks good once it’s down. The only downside was the delivery taking longer than I thought it would, so I’m glad I wasn’t trying to finish everything on a tight schedule.
